Just the Beginning

 For I know the thought that I think towards you saith The Lord  thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end" (Jeremiah 29:11). Comforting and encouraging right? One thing I have learned since being a professional is that being young and smart at the same time attracts "all types of attention" you have those who are supportive, those who are negative, and finally those who actively  try to damage or distort your good work. I have had my share of experiences and those words that God spoke to Jeremiah have and continue to encourage me. As a generation Xer I have attained and accomplished more than my parents when they where my age and intend to maintain this trend. I am a Registered Nurse with a MSN/Ed, attain a PhD and would like to start a business but that is another blog for another time. Yes I am proud of myself but what I am most proud about is maintaining a Godly perspective in all that I do. A Godly perspective is important, what's more important success on this earth or eternal life? What happens after all your success ? We can dress the outer man for success but does the inner man match up? A ha! I have your attention don't I? Well hopefully in future blog posts I want to share how I keep my "inner man" in check with Godly perspective. Until my next blog keep healthy, be happy and remain blessed.
